The 30-second verdict
We are an authorized dealer for both Olight and Acebeam. Every light on this site is genuine, sits in a warehouse here in the UAE (not in a container somewhere), and ships in 1–3 business days. Warranty against manufacturing defects: 10 years on an Acebeam, 2 years on an Olight. If a light fails, you deal with us, not with a factory 6,000 km away — you email us, you send it back to us, we handle the claim.
Changed your mind? Send it back within 7 days and we pay the return shipping. You have 30 days in total to start a return.
The catch: a warranty is not insurance. Neither brand covers you dropping your torch off a wadi ledge, drowning an IPX6 light in the sea, or unscrewing it to “have a look inside.” And our catalogue is deliberately small — 29 models, two brands. If you want a Fenix or a SureFire, we will tell you honestly that we do not sell one.
Why this even matters in the UAE
Search “Olight” on a marketplace here and you will find listings at half our price, shipping in 14–21 days from an address that does not exist, with a lumen number that would embarrass a lighthouse. Some of those are grey imports. Some are simply fakes.
The problem is not only that a fake is dim. It is that a fake has no warranty path at all. When the switch dies in month four, there is nobody to email. The seller has changed their storefront name twice since you ordered.
This page exists so you know exactly what you get when you buy from us — including the parts that are not in our favour.
What “authorized dealer” actually means
It means the brand recognises us as a legitimate route to market: we buy through official channels, we can be traced, and the brand will honour a claim we bring them. It is a boring, paperwork-shaped word, and it is the single most important thing on this page.
What it does not mean is that we are the brand. We are a UAE shop that stocks two brands we actually rate. We have written openly about the competition, including where Fenix and Nitecore beat what we carry.
What your warranty actually covers
| Acebeam | Olight | |
|---|---|---|
| Coverage on your purchase from us | 10 years against manufacturing defects — Acebeam extended this from 5 years in May 2025 | 2 years against manufacturing defects |
| Batteries & cables | Shorter than the light itself. Cells and charging cables are consumables — they age, and that is physics, not a defect. | |
| Who you talk to | Us. Both brands expect a claim to come through the dealer you bought from. That is what we are. | |
Read that last row twice, because it is the whole point. Acebeam’s own policy tells you to return the product to the dealer you purchased it from. If you bought from a marketplace seller who has vanished, that instruction is a dead end. If you bought from us, it is an email address.
An honest note on Olight’s “lifetime warranty.” You will see that phrase all over the internet. It belongs to Olight’s US programme — it is not what you are buying here. An Olight bought from us carries 2 years against manufacturing defects. We would rather tell you the real number than let you discover the difference in year three. Acebeam, for what it is worth, is the more generous of the two at 10 years.
What the warranty does not cover
Both brands exclude the same things, and we would rather you hear it from us now than from a rejection email later:
- Drops, crushes, run-over-by-a-Land-Cruiser. Accidental damage is not a manufacturing defect.
- Water past the light’s rating. An IPX6 light is splash-proof, not swim-proof. This trips people up constantly — we wrote a whole guide on IP ratings because of it.
- Disassembly and mods. Open it up and the cover is gone.
- Battery abuse. Leaving cells flat for a year, or cooking them at 60°C in a parked car in August. (Yes, we wrote about that too.)
- Normal wear. Anodising scuffs. That is a torch that has had a life.
How a claim actually works with us
- Email seller@lumens.ae with your order number and what the light is doing (or not doing). Photos or a short video help enormously.
- We tell you where you stand — covered, not covered, or “try this first,” because a surprising number of faults are a dead cell or a locked-out tailcap.
- If it is covered, you send it to us and we take it from there with the brand. You do not chase anyone overseas.
Do not post anything back to us before emailing — unannounced parcels cannot be processed.
Shipping: what we can and cannot promise
Our stock is physically in the UAE. That is the entire reason we can say this:
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- UAE delivery: 1–3 business days. GCC: 3–7. International: 7–14.
- Free shipping over AED 300. Below that, you pay the carrier — we are not going to bury the fee in the product price and call it free.
- Tracking is emailed when the parcel moves; carrier scans can lag 24–48 hours before they show anything useful.
The honest limits: we do not control customs, and we do not control the courier. Lithium cells are restricted cargo, so some international destinations take longer or are not eligible at all. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos — after that, the carrier stops listening to us too. Full detail is in the shipping policy.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return — item unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Change your mind within 7 days and the return shipping is on us. After that the 30-day window is still open, but you cover the return postage. We would rather write that plainly than advertise “free returns” and quietly bill you for the courier.
Email seller@lumens.ae first — we will send you the return address and instructions. Items posted back without a request cannot be accepted. The refund policy has the fine print; approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
How to spot a light that is not what it claims
Even if you never buy from us, this will save you money:
- The lumen number is a fantasy. A 20-gram keychain light does not make 2,000 lumens. Our brightest keychain light is 500 lumens and it holds that for about twenty seconds. If the claim sounds like a stadium, it is a lie — see how to read a spec sheet.
- No runtime chart, no candela, no IP rating. Real manufacturers publish all three. Fakes publish one big number.
- Price is 50–60% below every authorized seller. Nobody has a magic supplier. They have a magic factory.
- Shipping is 14–21 days from “overseas warehouse.” Fine for a phone case. Bad for something with a lithium cell and a warranty you may need.
- No named seller entity, no local address, no phone. Ask yourself who you will email in month four.
So should you buy from us?
Yes, if you want a genuine Olight or Acebeam, in your hand this week, with a human in the same time zone when something goes wrong.
Probably not, if you want the absolute lowest number on a marketplace search page and you are comfortable being your own warranty department. That is a real choice and some people make it deliberately. We would just rather you make it with your eyes open.
Definitely not, if you want a brand we do not carry. We stock 29 models across two brands. If Fenix or SureFire is what you need, buy a Fenix or a SureFire — we would rather lose the sale than sell you the wrong torch.
Common questions
Is the price higher because it is genuine?
Usually, yes. A real Olight i3E EOS is AED 59 and a real Baton 4 is AED 210. You can find “Baton 4s” cheaper. They will not be Baton 4s.
Do you have a showroom?
No. We are an online shop with local stock. That is how the prices stay where they are.
Is everything always in stock?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise — the Acebeam TAC AA 2.0 is out of stock as we write this. If a product page lets you add to cart, it is on the shelf.
Do I need to register the product?
Keep your order confirmation email. That is your proof of purchase, and it is all we need to open a claim for you.
